Step 1. In order for SageWater to design a program for you, you will need to provide us with information about your water bills and property, including:

• Most recent year's water and sewer bills
• Average occupancy rate during that year
• Common area water usage information - clubhouse, irrigation systems, common area laundry facilities, swimming pools, etc.
• Description of piping configuration around unit main valves

Click here to download our Water Metering Program information form. Simply download the form, complete it and fax it to us. You will need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader, if you do not already have the software, to view the form. Click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Step 2. SageWater will use this information to determine the maximum number of months and percentage of revenue sharing that will be required. We will provide a written proposal spelling out the details. You can rest assured that you will own the system at the end of the revenue sharing period, without paying a dime.

Step 3. After you modify your leases to allow for billing of water and sewer usage separately from base rent, SageWater will install the system and begin billing the residents. Upon expiration of the revenue sharing period (usually less than eighteen months), the system will be yours, free and clear.
