If submetering is not in your budget, or if you would prefer not to invest the capital for submetering systems, SageWater will install systems free of charge for qualifying properties. You simply share a percentage of the income from the metering program for a limited time (the "revenue sharing period") - usually less than 18 months. In many cases, SageWater's revenue sharing program will be completed - and you will own the system free of charge-long before conventional outright purchase of submetering equipment is even worked into your capital improvement budget!

Properties that submeter reduce their water bills 20% to 39% with leak detection and resident conservation. This means that even during the short revenue sharing period, you will enjoy significant savings on your utility expenses. In addition, during the revenue sharing period you will increase your cash flow by sharing a percentage of the monthly income.
